Warranty Repairs

Preethi Mixers and Ultra Grinders purchased from East West USA Store come with a one-year warranty. During this period, we’re here to address any issues that may arise, ensuring you get the most out of your appliance. Here’s how our warranty repair process works.

  • If your appliance encounters any issues within 30 days, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label, making it easy and convenient for you.

  • If your product needs repair after 30 days, the customer is responsible for “one-way shipping” to our service center. We’ll take care of the return shipping, sending your repaired unit back to you at no additional cost.

Instructions for Sending Your Product:

  • Prepare Your Appliance for Shipment: Include a note in the box with your Order Number, Name, Contact Email, Phone Number, Return Shipping Address, and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Inspection and Repair: Upon receiving your item, we’ll inspect and repair it. You’ll receive a tracking number when your product is shipped back.

  • Repair Processing Time: Repairs are completed on Thursdays and Saturdays, and typically take 7 days, excluding shipping time.

  • Return Tracking: Repairs are processed on Thursdays and Saturdays, with an estimated service time of 7 days plus transit.

  • Quick Tip: Some minor issues can be resolved with simple troubleshooting over the phone or email. Contact our support team for advice on minor repairs that you might be able to do at home!

Out-of-Warranty Service and Repairs

If your appliance is no longer covered by the warranty, don’t worry! We provide reliable, affordable out-of-warranty repair services for Preethi Mixers, Elgi Ultra Wet Grinders, and select brands like Butterfly Mixers and Sumeet Mixers.

  • Send Us a Repair Request: Email us with the appliance model and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide the best solution tailored to your needs.

    Please Note: We only service appliances designed for 110V use. We do not repair 220V appliances. Brands; Preethi Mixers, Elgi Ultra Grinders, Butterfly, and Sumeet Mixers

    Shipping Instructions:

    • Pack the unit or part securely to avoid shipping damage.

    • Include your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and a brief description of the issue.

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Repair Estimation

  • After we receive your appliance, we will inspect it and provide a repair estimate within 2-4 business days. This estimate will detail labor, spare parts, and service charges.

  • Once you approve the estimate, our team will begin the repair process. If you decline, the appliance will be returned as is, with shipping charges applicable.

Estimated Repair Timeline

  • The time required for each repair may vary based on the complexity and current repair volume. Typically, our repair timeline is 1-2 weeks, and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Our goal is to return your appliance in optimal condition as quickly as possible.

Shipping the Unit Back

  • Upon successful repair and payment, we will ship your appliance back to you with care. The transit time typically ranges from 4-10 days, depending on your location.
